O'Charlies Super Spud Soup
8 slices bacon 1 cup diced onion bacon grease for sautéing 2 cups diced potatoes 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 3/4 cups milk Salt and pepper to taste 8 ounces sour cream
Cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Set aside. Reserve bacon grease Sauté onion in bacon grease.
Simmer potatoes in 1 cup water in a separate pan for 15 minutes combines potatoes and ounces; add cream of chicken soup, milk, salt and pepper.
Heath thoroughly and blend in the sour cream and the crumbled bacon.
Do not boil
